Recently though, someone bought a dress and actually complained in the listing comments stating it was smelly and dingy and I was getting reported. I am quitting at the end of the month. And I learned a lot from being on Poshmark for a few years, so that certainly helped in starting my own online store. I have literally dropped prices down to the absolute bare minimum and I still get offers that make me loose hope in humanity. Yeap. It has so far been a colossal waste of time. I havent been on Posh very long, only sold 13 items. aint nobody got time for that as sweet brown would say. I contacted Poshmark Support to let them know, but they never responded. I responded to Poshmark and informed them that the zipper worked perfectly when it was shipped, but they sided with the buyer and returned the item to me. Aside from having no personal interaction with sellers, backing up sellers, and even posting there is a time suck. Can you imagine doing $250,000 of business a year with a company, and them getting 12%, about $30,000 a year, and them not picking up the phone? End of story. Can anyone suggest how I can get my money for this?
