It's the best experience ever and for sure will visit again. They would see me caring my little one and run to give me a hand with my luggage or bring her. Didnt rate the breakfast experience very highly as there was a bottle neck by the egg section which caused a bit of a crush. We got refunded later (as the transfer was already paid and mistakes can happen) but from a five star hotel I expect that they deal with the agency which they are working.
